Dear Friend:

As we look back on an exciting and successful 25th anniversary year, all of us here at Center City District (CCD) are grateful for the generous community that has supported our work since 1991. To the businesses, property owners, foundations, elected officials, civic organizations and individuals who have supported decades of growth and development in Center City Philadelphia, we say thank you!

Signs of positive change continue everywhere we look. Clean and safe sidewalks are filled with workers, residents and visitors enjoying the 24-hour amenities of downtown. Iconic public spaces and newly-renovated parks provide beautiful places to relax and enjoy the rhythms of the city.

Positive change can be seen everywhere in Center City…
…and it’s due to people like you who donate to the Center City District Foundation (CCDF).

A stroll through Dilworth Park this holiday season demonstrates our success. Now teeming with people of all ages enjoying the Rothman Institute Ice Rink and America’s Garden Capital Maze, this once unwelcoming space has been transformed into a hub of activity and beacon for continued optimism.

The same type of change is underway just north of Vine Street as Phase I of the Viaduct Rail Park starts to take shape. You can donate to help construct the Rail Park, which will soon be a welcoming green space for residents, workers and students from across the city and will prompt new business and residential investment in the area.

You too can support positive change in the city you love - make a gift to CCDF today.

Sincerely,

Nancy Goldenberg
Executive Director of Center City District Foundation
Vice President of Planning & Development of
Center City District

P.S.: Donate before December 31 to earn a tax deduction for 2016.

Brought to you by the Center City District and
Central Philadelphia Development Corporation
