Tickets on sale for Volvér
This spring, Jose Garces will expand his culinary empire to the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts with the opening of Volvér. To experience a meal in the 34-seat dining room, tickets must be reserved – just like they would to see a performance in Verizon Hall. The pre-theater tasting menu will feature eight courses ranging from $75 to $120 per person. The second seating will feature a first course of four snacks, followed by 12 courses, ranging from $175 to $250 per person. To enjoy the approximately 80-seat lounge, diners can simply walk-in for global small plates, an extensive caviar selection and a huge champagne menu.
