Skyscraper Abseiling for a Good Cause
Now in its fourth year, the Philadelphia Outward Bound School's fundraiser, Building Adventure, reflects its mission to change lives through challenge and discovery. The 31-story rappel off of One Logan Square replicates the organization's innovative youth development work, and mirrors what its outdoor education programs encourage young people to do every day: challenge themselves, discover untapped potential, and use it to make positive change in the world. Proceeds provide scholarships for students from underserved Philly public and charter schools, teens who have suffered a tragic loss, and expeditions for war veterans. The event takes place October 22-23, 8am-4pm.
