The Rothman Institute Ice Rink at Dilworth Park is open 7 days a week! Through February 22, visitors to Dilworth Park can skate in the shadow of historic City Hall seven days a week, including holidays. The rink offers four week Learn-to-Skate programs on Sunday mornings. This month there are also special holiday hours! Admission is $3 for children, ages 10 and under, and $4 for adults. Skate rental is $8. Every Friday, you can Rock-N-Skate with DJ Patty Pat, 7:30-10pm!

Join the Santa Express on November 28!
You better watch out, you better not cry... Santa Claus is comin' to town on SEPTA! Santa and his helpers are leaving the sleigh at the North Pole and heading to Dilworth Park this year. Join SEPTA and the Center City District for fun-filled holiday train rides and a festive parade to welcome Santa Claus to the Rothman Ice Rink at Dilworth Park.

Sister Cities Park will come alive with wintry family-friendly activities to celebrate the holiday season during FrostFest! Produced by the Center City District, the event will kick off on Saturday, December 6, and will continue December 13 and 20 from 10am until 2pm. The park will be filled with live holiday music and entertainment, crafts, games and demonstrations, as well as free carriage rides around the park, holiday-themed food and drinks, and a chance to visit with Santa! For the full schedule, visit SisterCitiesPark.org. Plus, on December 20, families can have Breakfast with Santa at Logan Square Café! Visit the site for details.

The Philly PHLASH is a quick, easy, and inexpensive connection to all of Philadelphia's world-class attractions. For just $2 a ride or $5 all-day Friday-Sunday, visitors can hop on and off at 20 locations all over the city every 15 minutes, including stops within steps from Dilworth Park at City Hall and Sister Cities Park. Through December 31, PHLASH runs daily 10am-6pm. Additionally, visitors can hop on the Holiday Evening Loop, serviced by PHLASH, to see the Christmas Village at Love Park, Comcast Center Holiday Light Show, Avenue of the Arts performances, Macy's Holiday Light Show and other Philadelphia holiday attractions. John F. Collins Park

John F. Collins Park is a small quiet oasis off busy Chestnut Street in Center City Philadelphia. It's a relaxing spot for lunch, reading, or just enjoying a beautiful day. Through the generosity of the William Penn Foundation, the Center City District has restored the park's fountain, benches, landscaping and lighting. John F. Collins Park is owned and operated by Center City District.
