In the decade since CPDC produced a master plan, the Parkway has been transformed with new institutions, new parks, significant adjacent residential development and soon, one new hotel on the Parkway. As we look forward toward the boulevards 100th anniversary, join us for a panel discussion on future developments: should the Parkway remain primarily a cultural district or should it aspire to have more mixed-uses like the Avenue of the Arts? Panelists will include:
• Gail Harrity, President & COO, Philadelphia Museum of Art
• Siobhan Reardon, President & Director, Free Library of Philadelphia
• Alan Greenberger, Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Director of Commerce, City of Philadelphia
Business casual attire required. No denim.
CPDC members are encouraged to invite both young professionals and other members of their firms to attend this meeting. RSVP no later than September 10, to Carol Raffa, craffa@centercityphila.org or 215.440.5500. |
