Comcast will be expanding its vertical campus with the opening of its second building, the new Comcast Technology Center, in early 2018; locally-grown businesses are moving up into newly-renovated space with Class A rents; regional firms are opening satellite offices in coworking sites downtown to access highly-educated, city workers; and innovation is the buzz-word for existing and newly planned districts in Center City and University City.
