Pairings on the Parkway- Final Month!
This BYOB event brings live, singer-songwriter style concerts to Sister Cities Park 5-8pm every Thursday through August. Logan Square Café inside the park will offer a special summer grilling menu and the Children's Discovery Garden will offer extended hours. You can also enjoy Chaddsford Winery wines by the glass ($6 to $8) and PA craft beer cans ($6), or purchase wine by the bottle to take home ($12 to $18).

Time is Back!
Time is open once again on Sansom Street, after the Great Water Main Break of 2018, with the same great music, food and whiskey! Stop by anytime, open daily 5pm-2am, with happy hour, Sundays-Fridays, 5-7pm.

Girls Who S.L.A.Y Yoga Benefit
Join Adriana Adele for a pop-up yoga class on August 11 at Athleta! Start your weekend off right with an all levels, donation-based yoga class that will benefit Girls Who S.L.A.Y. Girls Who S.L.A.Y (Self-Love and Yoga) is a week-long summer camp offered in partnership with Root2Rise, for girls ages 11-14 to explore the benefits of yoga, self-love, nutrition, breathwork and more. Masterpieces in the Park
The Philadelphia Museum of Art's Inside Out program brings large-scale replicas of favorite works from the Museum’s collection to neighborhoods in and around Philadelphia. This fall, the Museum is bringing some of its art down the Benjamin Franklin Parkway to Sister Cities Park! Through October 28, works by Tanner, Saenredam, De Ribera and others will be displayed around the park. Stop by and enjoy some art Inside Out!

Philadelphia Runner's All City Summer Beer Run
Meet Philadelphia Runner at their Center City store at 6pm on August 16 for a run to the Yards Brewing Company. All runners will receive a free raffle ticket at the door and can purchase additional tickets. Profits from the raffle and a portion of beer sales will benefit the Philadelphia chapter of Achilles International, an organization which empowers people with all types of disabilities to participate in mainstream running events. Bring what you can carry as the run will not return to the store and gear check at Philadelphia Runner will not be available. Don’t forget your ID.

Parkway Pals - Only a Couple More Weeks of Learning and Fun!
Come outside for a gaggle of educational good times for kids in Sister Cities Park! On Mondays, through August 13, enjoy Story Art (10:30am) with the Free Library of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Parks & Recreation; and the Young Science Hour (11:30am) with The Franklin Institute. On Wednesdays, through August 15, come out for Grow Up Green (10:30am) with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, Crafty Creations (11:30am) with The Fabric Workshop and Museum, and Nature in the Park (12:30pm) with the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University. All programs are free.
