The Rothman Institute Ice Rink at Dilworth Park is open every day until February 22. There's less than a month left to skate in the shadow of historic City Hall seven days a week. Admission is $3 for children, ages 10 and under, and $4 for adults. Skate rental is $8.

Rothman Ice Rink at Dilworth Park is also available for party rentals and there are also group rates! For complete details, visit the rink's homepage, CCDParks.org/dilworth-park/rothmanicerink. The Rothman Institute Ice Rink is also sponsored by PNC, Visit Philadelphia! and 6ABC.

Learn-to-Skate
Learn to master some skating moves with this four-week program offered on Sunday mornings at 9:30 and 10:15 am. The cost is $60, which includes skate rental and a four-visit punch card (includes free admission and skate rental). Email lessons@rinkmanagement.com or download the form [PDF] to sign up.

Flyers Alumni Skate, 11am-1pm

Rothman Institute presents a unique event for Flyers fans! Put on your Flyers gear and come skate with Philadelphia Flyers alumni at the Rothman Ice Rink. Flyers scheduled to attend: Bob "The Hound" Kelly, Todd "Fridge" Fedoruk and Joe Watson. Also, if you skate on Saturday, January 31, your admission will be free when you return to skate on Sunday, February 1.

Smith Memorial Playground Playwagon

Make it an afternoon in the park with some ice skating at the Rothman Ice Rink and the Smith Memorial Playground's outdoor Playwagon filled with fun activities!

February 6, 13, 20, 12:30pm
Lunchtime Skating Exhibition

Stop by during your lunch to see local Philly-area skaters demonstrate their skills on the city's center stage, the Rothman Rink at Dilworth Park!

February 14, 7-10pm
Sweetheart Skate

Whether it's a first date or you've been together forever, come and skate to love songs new and old. Guests will receive a complimentary red flower and can have their picture taken in the photo booth for a special rink souvenir.

February 13, 7-10pm
Zombie Skate

Join Terror Behind the Walls at Eastern State Penitentiary for a Friday the Thirteenth spooky night skate to music by DJ Jen Blaze. Get your photo taken with a zombie!

February 16, 7-9pm
Fashion On the Ice
Skate and mingle with Philadelphia Fashion Week designers, models and staff. Wear your most fashionable red, white and blue in honor of Presidents' Day and you could win tickets and gift certificates to Philadelphia restaurants and attractions, along with two VIP tickets to Philadelphia Fashion Week.

John F. Collins Park

John F. Collins Park is a small quiet oasis off busy Chestnut Street in Center City Philadelphia. It's a relaxing spot for lunch, reading, or just enjoying a beautiful day. Through the generosity of the William Penn Foundation, the Center City District has restored the park's fountain, benches, landscaping and lighting. John F. Collins Park is owned and operated by Center City District.
