At the end of 2013, Keystone Property Group acquired the Dow Chemical Building, the first of 3 buildings they have assembled around Independence National Historical Park, and began to create a mixed-use corridor along 6th Street. This was followed by the acquisition of the Curtis Building, where they are adding residential units and new ground floor retail.
