At the end of 2013, Keystone Property Group acquired the Dow Chemical Building, the first of 3 buildings they have assembled around Independence National Historical Park, and began to create a mixed-use corridor along 6th Street. This was followed by the acquisition of the Curtis Building, where they are adding residential units and new ground floor retail. Come hear from Bill Glazer, CEO of Keystone Property Group, and others who are transforming the Independence Mall area into a mixed-use district.
